At age 15, I began learning about HTML and CSS through social media, such as Xanga and MySpace. The rudimentary knowledge I gained from designing text in blog posts and profile layouts granted me the opportunity to develop a strong interest in website design and development.

The first website I designed was for my personal song lyrics and music. By the end of 2006, I was designing websites for small businesses and non-profit organizations around the Mahoning Valley region in northeastern Ohio.
